560 X 237 cm. Wood, fireproof fabric. 18 minutes sound loop.

The general shape of the sculpture is inspired by the Einstein-Rosen bridge, a mathematical geometry of the passage between several dimensions of space-time. This is the shape of black holes, behind which exist white holes, their opposites generating matter.
It is also the form of magnetic radiation from planets, living cells and atoms.

The sound comes from recordings made in the foreshore of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc: sounds of interstitial water, of immobile crustaceans attached to rocks (barnacles) in modulation with the low frequencies (32 and 64 Hz) of tuning therapeutic forks.
These large tuning forks have the particularity of putting the vertebrae back into place when they come into contact with them; here, their vibrations conveyed by the wood of the structure are transmitted to the backs of the experimenters lying down.
Sound interaction is itself the subject of research and development.

Entering the sculpture almost immediately encourages you to lie down. A deep relaxation inducing wider listening, meditative floating (non-ordinary state of consciousness near sleep) as well as a rebalancing of the two hemispheres of the brain take place gradually and effortlessly. Some fall asleep because the body readjusts to its vital needs.
